Most companies approve up to 60 min and deny longer sessions. Sometimes we may be able to get 90 minutes covered but this is the exception. You can pay the out of pocket rate for any time beyond the covered visit.  Also bodywork is a covered service but the larger scope of movement and coaching is an out of pocket expense if we use time for those.

Personal steam baths have a long tradition of medical use and can be wonderful supports during a healing process. Add to any bodywork visit or choose stand-alone. Not covered by insurance. -------------------------- Full Body Steam: --- Cleanse, detoxify, boost circulation, clear the mind.  This can be helpful clearing mucous from lungs and airways, supporting lymph flow and more. -------------------------- Yoni Steams: --- Traditionally used for reproductive conditions and as part of postpartum care.

But when it's needed, there is so much relief! When we do bodywork, there is little to no stretching, plenty of pillows and we make other adjustments as well, depending on the body. --------------------- Women's Support: --- There are some ways in which my training could benefit those experiencing menstrual or reproductive issues. We'll have an in depth conversation and go from there.

Caring bodywork and herbal support for the time just after a live birth, still birth, miscarriage or abortion. When you book this service, I will bring knowledge, aromatic herbal therapies and pieces of a brilliant tradition of postpartum care to share with the newly non-pregnant person and their family. Two to four- hour time slots are available. Included is a bodywork session, herbal treatments as appropriate, a great listening ear and health coaching from a Thai healing lens with modern American perspective. If you want help meal planning, I have particular experience working with dairy-free, gluten-free and a few other food intolerances. If logistics allow, I can offer another bodywork session to a support person also.   Health insurance can be billed for up to 60 minutes for each person with benefits, (see Insurance Page for info) but the remaining cost is an out of pocket expense. A Non-Refundable deposit is required to book this type of appointment. At least 48 hours required to cancel or change the appointment.
