Scheduling Tips

  • 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or changes. I reserve the right to charge for late cancel or missed appointments. Insurance companies do not reimburse for this: you will be billed directly.

  • Make sure you have time after your session for whatever you might need. When we stir up the physical stuff, a wide range of responses are possible, from soreness as your body readjusts to energy boosts to unblocked memories or emotions and more.

  • If you are receiving massage for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision (car accident), please bring  a) a prescription for massage, and  b) your insurance and claim information including adjuster's name and contact information. More info on Insurance Billing page.

  • I can bill health insurance for qualifying plans. Or if I'm not contracted with your plan but you have massage benefits, I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit for reimbursement. In some cases, this may save you money.
