Appointments
Welcome to all things related to appointments. Here you find prices, tips for scheduling, cancellation policies, and location logistics.
Making Appointments:
Session Length
The fastest way to get an appointment is to schedule online. A wait list is available through the Noterro patient portal if needed.
Occasionally I may need to nudge some appointment times in order to accommodate others in need of sessions. I will contact you beforehand. Thank you for understanding.
Reception
I do not use reception services at any location.
Although the Gresham office has a reception desk and someone working there, they are primarily supporting the doctors. You're welcome to go say hi, but I'll take care of all the business.
Cancellations
24 hour notice minimum is required for cancellations or changes. I reserve the right to charge for late cancel or missed appointments. Insurance companies do not reimburse for this: you will be billed directly. *Please let me know ASAP if you or someone in your household is sick.
After Effects
Make sure you have time after your session for whatever you might need. When we stir up the physical stuff, a wide range of responses are possible, from soreness as your body readjusts to energy boosts to unblocked memories or emotions and more.
The App
And you can now download the Six Elements Bodywork App! Powered by WIX.
Sessions can range from 1- 3 hours. If in doubt of what you might need, try starting with 60-90 minutes. We can get sense of how to proceed after the first appointment.

For Insurance Visits: Most companies reimburse no longer than 60 minutes. But your first appointment for auto accidents should be 90 minutes please.
Occasionally the talking part takes longer if there is a lot to discuss about your condition or goals. This may shorten hands-on time, but it is meant improve the overall quality of care.
Clothing
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that can move with you and handle oil and herb stain. No jeans, skirts or excessive pockets, buttons, etc. I also have clothing available for use if needed.
What to Bring
-Water bottle
-Appropriate clothing (listed above)
-Your own CLEAN blanket if you run cold. I have pillows and bolsters as needed.
-Your chosen payment method
